Configure Storage Settings for Using Amazon S3
You can archive rendered videos to a location you provide on a supported storage service
Location where Projector stores saved videos, posters, and GIF clips..
The credentials you enter in this task come from the account settings for your storage service. Projector currently supports S3 buckets from Amazon Web Services (AWS). This industry-leading storage solution is highly configurable, has built-in redundancy, and offers other benefits native to the AWS ecosystem.
WARNING You must enable and set up archiving if you configured this payload to archive posters, GIF clips, or both in the Transcode pillar. If you don't, Projector skips archiving completely and those settings are ignored.
If you use the storage service feature in Projector, you must provide an AWS user account to interact with your S3 bucket.
This account can be either a root user or an IAM user with public read permissions to the S3 bucket you use with Projector.
If you don't manage your own AWS infrastructure, ask your AWS administrator to set this up for you.
These steps assume you manage your own AWS account. If it's a company account that you don't manage, ask your AWS administrator for the values that you need to complete this task.
