Scaling Layers

Templater rescales dynamic layers according to a percentage of their parent composition’s dimensions.

To have Templater rescale a layer to fill at least half of its containing composition's space, follow these steps:

1. Create a layer within a composition and apply the Templater Settings effect.
2. In the Templater Settings effect controls, set the Scale Factor to 50%.
3. To see how Templater's layout engine interprets your alignment choice, choose current state from the Preview uses dropdown in the Templater panel.
