Templater Settings Effect

The Templater Settings effect is a custom effect designed to work with Templater’s panel. Apply an instance of this effect to any layer that you want to designate as dynamic or data-driven. The effect will not get in the way of other applied effects, and it has no impact on the layer's effects stack.

Once you apply the Templater Settings effect to a layer, tweak its parameters to define layout rules that can be interpreted by Templater's layout engine.

NOTES  Keep the following in mind when applying the Templater Settings effect:
  • The Templater Settings effect must be enabled on a layer’s effect stack for Templater to recognize the layer as dynamic.
  • It is not possible to keyframe any of Templater Settings parameters.
  • Avoid applying multiple instances of the Templater Settings effect to any given layer.
